Our Flake Floor Process

• After thorough grinding we apply a premium epoxy vapor barrier
• Any imperfections are patched with epoxy.
• The floor is then coated with 100% solids then broadcast with vinyl flake to rejection.
• The flake is reclaimed.The floor carefully vacuumed and coated with a clear UV resistant epoxy or clear polyaspartic urethane
